A sad farewell.

The funeral will take place on Tuesday 30th April of John Fleming.

John had been a stalwart of local Bonsai for decades. He was a member of Wirral Bonsai in the 80's, and then became a member of VoCB playing a quiet, but active, role right through to his passing.
Despite years of ongoing health issues John never lost his passion for Bonsai, even during his time in hospital his face would light up when viewing and discussing images of trees.
Famous for his one liners, John, once whilst engaging with a member of the public at a club event was asked " Do the trees die often?", he famously replied " Only once!"

John, you will be sorely missed.
